Super green smoothie 

  • 1 cup of Absorb Element+ (we recommend any of the vanilla flavours for this recipe)
  • 8 tbs organic chia seeds
  • ½ cup curly parsley
  • ½ cup organic baby gem lettuce
  • ½ cup organic cucumber
  • ½ cup frozen organic spinach
  • 1 cup plant milk (if you can tolerate it - if you can’t, top-up your smoothie with an extra cup of ice)
  • 1 cup of chopped organic banana 
  • ½ cup ice cubes

 Banana and berry smoothie

  • 1 cup of Absorb Element+ (we recommend berry fusion or any of the vanilla flavours)
  • 2 cups of chopped organic bananas
  • 1 cup of organic strawberries 
  • 1 cup organic raspberries 
  • 1 cup plant milk (if you can tolerate it)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Chocolate smoothie

  • 1 cup of Absorb Element+ (We recommend Simply Chocolate or Mocha Latte for this smoothie)
  • 8 tbs organic chia seeds 
  • 2 cups of chopped organic bananas
  • 1 cup plant milk (if you can tolerate it - we recommend almond milk or oat milk for this recipe)
  • 1 cup frozen organic spinach (you won’t be able to taste it, but it works well to thicken the smoothies and add extra nutrients in).
  • 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder 
  • ½ cup ice cubes 

For each of these smoothie recipes, you are welcome to switch up the ingredients - feel free to add things in or take them out depending on your personal taste preferences and tolerability.
