The health and safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate is our first priority and is critical to ensuring that we can continue to meet your needs. Guided by the recommendations of Public Health England and industry best practices, we have deployed a comprehensive prevention plan.
Key elements of this plan include increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning and sanitization at our facilities (including our warehouses), instituting travel and visitation restrictions, and utilizing remote work environments wherever possible.
Ensuring product quality and continuity of supply:
We have taken considerable steps to minimize potential disruption and to strengthen our supply chain and increasing inventory levels in crucial immune-related categories. It is important to note that the majority of our products are sourced from the United States and there are internal and air freight delays in many states which is increasing some lead times. Our UK agents Royal Mail and DHL are under significant stain and deliveries within the UK are in some cases taking 2-3 days longer. If you are overseas there could be considerable delays depending on COVID status. Customers who have ordered from countries currently in lockdown may not receive shipments until this status is downgraded.
Customer service and delivery timelines:
The sudden and unexpected increase in demand that we are currently experiencing is unprecedented. As a result, our customer service representatives, in house practitioners and warehouse team members are managing extraordinarily high volumes on a daily basis. The additional measures associated with deep cleaning our warehouses to ensure safety and product quality as well as minimize the possibility of extended service disruptions mean that we can’t process orders as quickly as we normally do. Please take this into account when communicating with our team members. Their hard work and dedication has ensured that we have been able to offer a continued service throughout the height of the crisis to date when many of our competitors have struggled.
