Saccharomyces Boulardii is a type of yeast that acts as a probiotic which can help to support digestive health. It may be beneficial towards the treatment of candida and may also improve symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). It has also been found to provide relief from traveller's diarrhoea and diarrhoea associated with antibiotic use.

Saccharomyces Boulardii isn't technically a probiotic, but it behaves like one and has beneficial properties for digestive health. Research has found it very beneficial for both traveller's diarrhoea and antibiotic associated diarrhoea. It may also be beneficial for reducing symptoms associated with a bacteria called H.pylori. S. Boulardii may help to promote consistent and regular bowel movements in people with IBS. Whilst for those with IBD, especially Crohn's disease, it can help to reduce the number of relapses. Research has also found it beneficial for those with candida by reducing candida's ability to attach itself to the gut wall.

Suggested use is 1-4 capsules daily.
