This plan's key components include increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning and sanitization at our facilities (including our warehouses), setting travel and visitor limits, and employing remote work settings wherever practical.
Ensuring product quality and continuity of supply
We have taken significant steps to minimise potential supply disruption. It is important to note that the majority of our items are imported from the United States, where internal and air freight delays are increasing some lead times. Several vendors are still experiencing manufacturing delays and difficulties acquiring basic ingredients. As a result, the goods we receive may be limited or unavailable until further notice.
You may face significant delays if you are abroad. Customers who ordered from nations that have imposed a lockdown may not receive shipments until the lockdown is lifted.
Customer service and delivery timelines
The unexpected and rapid spike in demand that we are currently seeing is unprecedented. As a result, our customer support representatives, in-house practitioners, and warehouse team members are dealing with unusually high volumes on a daily basis. We are unable to process orders as quickly as we normally do due to the additional measures connected with deep cleaning our warehouses to maintain safety and product quality, as well as to reduce the chance of protracted service disruptions. Please keep this in mind while communicating with members of our team. Their hard work and dedication have ensured that we have been able to provide a consistent service right from the beginning of the crisis when many of our competitors have struggled.
