Prenatal Essentials can be taken before, during and after pregnancy to support healthy fertility, pregnancy health, normal foetal development, postpartum recovery and lactation support. It contains folate, needed before conception to lower the risk of spina bifida and other neuronal tube defects. It also contains the active form of vitamin B12, which is needed for proper folate utilisation. the active forms of folate and B12 provide donors for methylation, important for baby's health. Does not contain iron, so that you can customise your intake by supplementing according to your needs. Contains antioxidants to improve immune defences of mum and baby.
